RecommendedThe location of this apartment is extremely ideal, particularly for someone who does not own a dog (full-time anyway). I wish there would be/would have been more community events that would have helped me meet my neighbors - I've lived here for over a year and still don't even know whose next to me! The complex is awesome, there are tons of amenities I feel fortunate to have and my apartment is spectacular and has been a great experience for my first Richmond home!
Except for the walls so thin that I can hear my neighbors pass gas. I love the place. Interested to see if my theory is correct about who keeps stealing the pool balls is correct. (It's the kids under 4 foot tall.)
I just moved in one week ago and absolutely love this place! Lots of amenities including my favorites, the rooftop heated pool and 24 hour coffee bar. My apartment was turned over to me in an immaculate condition and the staff was so helpful throughout the application and move in process. I am looking forward to spending my 18 month lease term in this community!
