I contacted 1-1 Care on Monday because I was interested in their services. I used the contact form on their website and heard nothing back. On Wednesday, I tried again, this time sending the same inquiry directly to the email address listed on the site. It’s now Friday and I haven’t received any response at all. Not even an acknowledgment. Even a simple “Someone will get back to you,” just to let me know the message had been received, would have been nice. Maybe they’re no longer in business. I worked with Debi and Gizelle (?) at 1+1 cares. I was completely lost on what I needed. Debi was patient and kind, came to visit my husband in the rehab and Gizelle made the perfect placement. Samira Jamie is absolutely the best aide! I highly recommend this company to help you through this very difficult time!
1 + 1 Care has been a wonderful resource for reliable, caring and compassionate caregivers. Most of the time, I learn something new from the caregivers on the best way to make my husband's stay at home less stressful, and more joyful. The office staff is always available to assist, especially when we need a caregiver at the last minute; they have always come through.
They have been a great service to my father and are caregiver is awesome thanks mariono and thank you 1+1 cares
BEWARE their company robo calls. I got 6 texts and calls in the span of 2 hours from various phone numbers DURING a doctor's appointment and THEN they woke me up early the next morning!! Absolutely unacceptable I won't touch this place with a 10 foot pole.
