Shopped here for years only to be treated 'Less-Than' in the end. I'd always bypass other hair stores to shop here due to the customer service I received and the variety of natural hair care. That has changed tremendously though. I remember one of my last visits I was shopping in here then asked if I could use the restroom, to which they told me 'Isn't open to the public'. The employees are very friendly, they make you feel special, and the atmosphere is inviting. I shopped went to this same supply place a few month ago, made a few purchases. However, when i got home i was not satisfied with two of the purchases, so went back the very day to get them exchange; the experience was totally different. There were two gentlemen there. He took the time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed without making me feel rushed. His customer service was amazing and he had such a positive attitude the whole time. Employees like Zion really make a difference, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service!
