My friend brought me here before and I liked it a lot, I came back and got a dip manicure but it was super wavey I guess you could say, basically I could tell where more dip powder should've been and I went to another salon for a refill (#1 nails in granite) and they even noticed it was bad. So I go today to get my old gel acrylics off and all I wanted was them to put acrylic over my real nail because they were very long because I was letting them grow to wear my natural nails. My cousin is in the hospital and is going to lose one of her digits because of your negligence. The pain she is going through, mentally, emotionally and physically is because of your facility being lazy and not following proper protocol. Shame on you. She's 21 with a baby and shouldn't be worried about any of this. I hope to God you guys pay for your actions and get closed down. No one else deserves to go through this Hell.
I can't believe that poor girl has to get her toe amputated after an infection caused by this nail salon.
