So disappointed that the nail tech didn’t help my soon to be sister-in-law for her wedding this weekend. Really disappointed that the nail tech didn’t from the beginning see that they were using the wrong color, the wrong design and still charged her full price. Not only that but would not give her a refund. Even if there wasn’t a special occasion, any nail place I have ever been to helps as best as they can with a customer. Really hope no one has to go through this.
So, I posted a photo of what I asked for. I walked into this shop with the photo in my hand. Now, I don’t get my nails done often, so I don’t always know what to say exactly and I kind of rely on the photo reference. I told this man I was getting my nails done for MY WEDDING on Saturday. I asked how much for gel polish change and he said $22. 1/2 way thru he wanted to cut and file them which I didn't want. Just gel polish change. I don't want cut file cuticles. He said it would be $25 because I have long nails. I told him that doesn't make sense cut and file is more work. He said no & mumbled something. Seemed scammy.
