. I was just going to let it go and give it to god.But now I'm stuck with going to a major event with open toes heels with terrible nails I paid for. Gel nails peeling not even 12 full hours. Major drips. I should of stopped the girl when I noticed her punching my sugar scrub on. Only guiding light the lady who did my eyebrows were great. But def a waste. Of a 50 dollar Pedi.
I have to give it one star sadly but I’d give it zero stars if I truly could 1 asked for my old nails off and a regular nail set I didn’t get either they had my hands soak for 20 mins then barely got the shit off my nails I got still glue and no new nails they said when I came back to sit down for the new set ur done right and charged us
The older woman just stared at me when I asked her a question. The younger woman was nice and attentive. The gentlemen that did my nails was clearly making jokes and talking about me in his native language. I will not be spending my my time or money at this establishment again.
Unfriendly service the last few times I’ve been in. And they don’t stick to their posted hours.
The hours of operation given are incorrect. They closed around 6:30pm on Wednesday. I came in asking for a design I thought they could do, they couldn't. So I asked for a coffin-shaped red French tipped full set. Due to the time issue, they rushed the work. I didn't mind that since I thought it was my fault for coming in late (I paid them a $50 tip as consolation). But my nails are crooked, they aren't coffin shaped, and there was acrylic residue all over my fingers that I had to fix myself when I got home. For new customers... read more
