I'll never go back because of the unsanitary conditions..they used the same nail file as persions before me and used the same cuticle scissors as others..again no sterilizing. Besides I thought cutting skin was banned in Illinois along with the foot "grater" tool. Very unsanitary shop..watch out for possible hepatitis C.
