I would not recommend #1 Lawn Care for snow removal services. This winter has been extremely frustrating for our complex due to their lack of reliability and poor management. We were completely trapped in our complex after the last snowfall. The parking lot was not cleared in time for residents to leave for work, and cars could not get out. I personally was unable to leave my garage because snow was piled directly in front of it.
