I went to this clinic and no one greeted me and ask may i help you. I say there for about 3 mins and no one said anything to me . First time I went to a place and was not acknowledged. I got up and left the facility not one person said have you been helped sir. I guess they were too preoccupied to assist someone in need. Well I felt unwelcomed so I will not go back. Hopefully I can say healthy enough to no longer need any medical attention so I can continuously share my unpleasant experience with this facility!
Third time in only 12 months where this building claims to have an emergency and shuts down before it’s time just because they want to go home. Their all a bunch of dishonest selfish people. They need to quit their jobs and get out of healthcare. Make room for somone who cares about the field. Left my child crying bc she couldn’t see the doctor.
Omg go anywhere but here there’s office is so chaotic, unprofessional, disorganized. Employee was asleep at the front with his legs propped up in the chair with a pizza box in the other chair. I waited forever on hold when I got a call for my results of my CT scans, got disconnected called back and was on hold for literally 23 minutes. The waiting area looks like a old thrift shop with old streamers from every holiday under the sun still attach just very tacky and a very dirty office.
I went in with a bad mrsa infection on my leg, these guys got me the right meds to get it under control. Great place when youre in a pinch, they saw me the same day and everything.
