I had high expectations for the 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge, especially after splurging on a suite for my wedding weekend. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing and stressful — particularly on a day that was meant to be joyful and seamless. Very disappointed in my stay here at Hotel 1 Brooklyn Bridge. Although the views are amazing from the pool and restaurant, the staff is extremely rude and lack a lot of service. On checkout day, you are unable to use the facilities of the hotel (read; pool) which is the first time that I ever encountered something like that. My bartender, Raven, is the best to ever do it. She's sweet , catering and all around good time. Made us feel soo welcomed. Tristan was also welcoming when my friend and I first entered 100/10 to then. Thank You Raven & Tristan. Will be coming back.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and unfortunately cannot recommend it to anyone. While the property and location are excellent, the service fell far below expectations. The staff were consistently rude, unhelpful, and seemed genuinely annoyed by even the simplest requests. I spoke with the front desk multiple times about basic perks that were promised as part of my stay, but they offered no solutions and acted bothered that I even asked. Very cool/chic eco friendly hotel under the Brooklyn Bridge. Highlight is the pool- the view of Manhattan is great!
