There is a really nice rooftop. The best view ever.
Checked in and was greeted with attitude from the receptionist, who seemed to think I was booking too expensive a hotel for a staycation. The room was missing a bottle opener, which took 20 minutes to be delivered. I’ve come to lower my expectations when it comes to NYC hospitality because it has been quite pitiful lately.
