Garbage. Thieves. Stay away from them.
I wish I knew who they were before I made the reservation. I called to ask what the deposit was going to be and they told me that I would have to go to the physical location. Huh! When I get there they tell me is $2,500!! Huh!! I argued with them and the lowered it to $1,500. Still not a relief for a person who doesn’t have 2,500 on their credit card. Then when I proceed to show them my insurance company they tell me they don’t accept it. To this day I’m still waiting for my deposit. Never again in my life!!!
My experience renting a car from this place: Due to what we went through we will not be back and are advising others of what we had to endure. It took me and my wife 1 hour and 42 minutes to get our car. When we arrived at the facility a customer was finishing at the counter and 3 other guests were ahead of us. It took the guests at the counter a few minutes to finish and then the three (3) ahead of us took the bulk of the 102 minutes we had to wait. Alberto the employee is a nice guy but the old man is the owner and he's a scam artist with hidden fees. Dirty car, over charged, bald tires and the owner didn't care that I had to buy a tire for his car and still charged me for 2 days I couldn't use the car because all tire shops were closed until Monday and tire blew up Saturday early evening. 😑
No troubles, no inconveniences, just fast service with a smile 🙂👍will rent again
