I had such a great experience at Elite Nails! Their customer service is outstanding, and I love how easy it is to call ahead, come in at a convenient time, and get seated with little to no wait. Phoebe did an amazing job on my dip manicure, it turned out perfect and exactly what I wanted. Tammy gave me such a relaxing and thorough pedicure, and my girls had a wonderful time getting their mani pedis with Kim and Amy. They were all so kind, patient, and welcoming. This will be the last time I use this establishment. It's right around the corner from my house, but i will drive further to get a better paint job. The last 3 times, my pedicure has been thick and sloppy. I really think all of the polishes here are just old, and the techs are always in such a hurry to get you out, that the quality has gone way down. I no longer do gel polish because it's $15 on top of a subpar pedicure. Really disappointed!
