Purchased a used vehicle through dealership. Excellent service and buying experience. Sales Manager Seth went out of his way to accommodate my schedule when purchasing the vehicle. Would recommend dealership highly.
I would not recommend Cochran Volkswagen North Hills to any female seeking warranty service. The windshield wipers on my 2024 Taos were malfunctioning and would activate while the switch was OFF, even when there was no rain. At my initial visit, I was told they were "working as designed". At another visit, I was told the problem was caused by my EZPass. I was so impressed with the people at this dealership. They listened to my needs and were ready with the vehicle I was interested. Matt was a fantastic sales rep and worked with my budget and got me into the car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. It was honestly the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had!
Dealing with Cochran is exhausting. I called to make a purchase and was told that no one was available but I could leave a message. Great - I left a message. Did anyone call me back? No. I tried calling again. This time I was sent to voicemail and the voicemail box was full. It's nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone at Cochran because they have centralized their entire call system for every location.
