I purchased a car online from this dealership. It was a disaster from the beginning after I signed the sale papers. The car was listed as a limited but it really was an LE. I agreed to continue the buy since everything was already completed. I was forced to buy a dent/scratch warranty for $1000 but I have no paperwork or anyway to redeem this so called warranty. This dealership uses fraudulent practices. My daughter needed a co-signer and her brother agreed. The salesman took his info over the phone, which could have been anyone, since he didn't have any way of actually verifying who he was speaking to. He then let someone else come in and sign his name since he wasn't available to come in. Said they do this all the time.
Stay far away! These people are out to steal your money. All sales are trained in the art of deception. If you buy here you will be ripped off. Crooked to the core!

I previously wrote a review suggesting that the dealership " took my money and ran" I have no problem admitting when im wrong and I was very wrong. I misunderstood Trevor and I apologize for that. Im sitting here in the show room and they will address my concerns eventhough under NH law they dont have to do anything. So once again my apologies to Trevor, Kyle and everyone at Somersworth Nissan. They truly are different and it shows.
Eden Prairie Nissan unlawfully confiscated and destroyed my SD license plates upon trade in. Following trade in they failed to correctly register my new vehicle. This was a direct violation of SD state and federal law. The dealership has taken little to no responsibility for this. Upon the expiration of my temporary tags they offered no solutions, causing me to drive without current tabs and temp plates for weeks. I bought a 2019 F150 today and I was very pleased with the transaction. Kyle and Trevor are a class act. They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns about everything. Trust me I had a lot of questions and concerns. They were up front with everything and I was in and out quickly. Ive only had the truck a few hours so ill reserve the right to amend this should things change. Right now very happy with everything.
Great experience. The salesperson Niki went out of her way, on her day off, to locate the car we were looking for and to get the deal worked out. We did everything over the phone and only needed a few minutes to sign some papers once we got to the dealership.
We went to Janesville Nissan after getting a quote from AAA car buying program. They would not give us the quoted price stating you can’t use incentives with 0% financing. AAA car buying is not an incentive but a service. They obviously contract with AAA car buying or I wouldn’t have gotten a quote listing their dealership. The difference in price was nearly $5000. I feel they were not transparent and will never deal with them again
