The ultimate in Customer Service, I am so glad to have this Mazda team working with my car now!!! The Mechanics video the car , as they explain what specifically needs done and are truly honest about repairs !! The guys even complimented my upkeep of my 2012 Mazda 2, “Your car is spotless , one of the cleanest cars I have ever seen on the line “ The counter staff was amazing as well - my inspection/emissions testing in , oil change and tire rotation!! Usually Cochran does a great job. Not so much this time. I get there were many issues with parts availability and the insurance company can insist on utilizing used parts winch is out of their control. So I won’t focus on the months long ordeal. The thing I’d like to see improvement on is communication. I’d go for weeks without an update. Even as I was told (by phone )it was ready for pick up, I was inaccurately told it wasn’t available on two occasions by the front desk.
