I had a terrible experience buying my first car at this dealership. After agreeing to buy a specific car and putting money down, the dealership failed to inspect it on time and I had to pay $500 extra to get the certified pre-owned inspection. There was a scratch on the windshield that they refused to fix. The finance manager and general manager were unhelpful and dismissive. The paperwork was rushed, and there was no appreciation for my business. I would not recommend this dealership.

Bought a used car here a year ago. Dealer disclosed AFTER sale that the vehicle only had 1 key fob, costing us an additional $300 to replace. Gave the dealer the benefit of the doubt, tried to work with them for the replacement but they stopped replying to messages. FFWD a year to our “free inspection” and a simple oil change.
