Courteous, efficient, no hassle sales experience. I test drove two cars and said I was going to keep looking. Next day I asked for more info by text and got it promptly. Returned the next day and bought my car. Ben, the sales guy, was knowledgeable and easy to work with. No fluff, no song and dance.

Very disappointed with the pricing at North Hills Mazda. I brought my car in today for a simple oil change and was charged $170 for a four cylinder engine. That’s more than double what I’ve paid at other Mazda dealerships in the area for the exact same service. I felt like a big upcharge with no added value. The service manager tried to justify the up charge due to the weight of the oil which is funny because the other mazda dealerships dont charge you extra.
