5/2026 haven't had this Tuscon a year and the engine went on it. It should be covered by the warranty. Now Melissa is telling me a rod is not covered because of an oil change. I showed proof of an oil change in January but you will not accept it stating you need the very first oil change. I would not recommend buying a car or getting your car serviced here, due to the staff lying and pushing me out without fixing my issue. I took my car in for a recurring issue with a misfire and my check engine light being on. All they did was clear the code and tried charging me $210 for a diagnostics test, while under warranty, and did nothing to actually fix the issue. My 2017 hyundai, more than likely, blew a head gasket and it was very important for me to get a new safe vehicle within a short time span for my work. Don helped me through the process and made sure to pick out a vehicle that I would like, based on what I told him I needed. Then made time for me in his busy schedule that same week. I love my new car and it was within my price range! I highly recommend! 😊
