The service was OK. I thought the video that they send you about the work that they are performing was a nice added touch. I just have a couple suggestions 1. I scheduled a state inspection and emissions with a 8 AM time. I got there a little bit before 8 AM. I also added a tire rotation when I checked in. They said it would take 1 1/2 hours. It was 3 hours later when they said the car was ready. You should not schedule jobs so close together if you’re unable to meet the allotted time that you tell the customer it will take.... read more
Great service!! I love the way I was informed all day with issues that needed fixing and how the service person did a video explaining what was done
Took the car in for first time inspection. Less than 4000 miles. Charged $58 for exempt emissions sticker. When I went to pick it up the EPB (electronic braking system warning light was on) due to technicians error (they apparently go way beyond state requirements I suspect so that they can upsell you). Left several messages about how they will fix the warning light issue that they caused. No return call.
They were flexible in the sale off the vehicle and our salesman was considered of our sale.
I've had multiple positive experiences here with auto service. Dale S. is usually the person I interact with and his customer service skills are awesome.
