I HAD EXCELLENT SERICE ON MY HYUNDAI SINCE BUYONG THE CAR FROM COCHRAN. STAFF PROFFESIONAL AND ALWAYS HELPFUL. WARRANTY REPAIR FOR MINOR TAIL LIGHT ISSUE WAS NOT AN ISSUE. VERY SATISFIED.

Having any car go in for service is always an inconvenience. But, the Service Department at Cochran Hyundai make it as painless as possible. Excellent communication, and the work was done when they said it would be done. I was freely able to choose what services I wanted, along with the scheduled warranty work. Prices were fair and Melissa (Megan!) was a joy to work with. Great job.

I recently had my 2025 Sonata serviced after dropping it off the afternoon prior the scheduled service date. As it turned out I had to leave my car over an extra day for an oil change and tire rotation and inspection/emissions. I was surprised to see where I was charged over $81 for this service call. Also, there was a $17 charge for what was listed as miscellaneous but I have no idea what that was for. Most dealerships wash your vehicle after servicing. This was not done. Perhaps it was becsuse of the weather.
