I would never recommend anybody going here I didn’t even buy my car here I bought my vehicle through ****** only Ford is the one who Fixes fords so they sent it to these clowns for five days not one person has called me to let me know what is going on... if I call them I get hung up on... I have been patient for 5 days no not do much ... not one manager nor service advisor Which is supposed to be ****** never got back to me I’m sure they just don’t wanna fix it because it’s under warranty... stick with foreign cars

Buyers beware! The salesmen here are pushy and kept my keys and made me stay there for over 3 hours. I also have a car I previously bought from them that is not running properly and they refuse to fix it.

Absolutely terrible Service department. Jordan V**** is beyond disgraceful of a 'so called' leader of this Service department. After emailing and leaving several voicemail's, Jordan finally built up enough courage to call back to only tell me things I had already did the brunt work and research on. Simple things that he should have done as a manager. Jordan told me to contact the Sales Manager on my own. I was scheduled to have an inspection and a car detail (cost of the detail was $129.95) the detail was set up with the manager Kim C****** on 10/13/20. I dropped my car off prior with Melissa V****** who stated we don’t detail cars I’ll call my manager. The next day when I picked up my car it wasn’t detailed nothing was wiped down on the inside, nor were the windows cleaned, the outside of the car was completely wet from being ran through without drying the car. It was the first dealership I visited to buy a bran new car. The service manager was extremely rude. He blame me (with absolutely no reason) that I'm trying to buy a car to minimize costs comparing to car rental, and then instead of paying it off I will abandon it at airport when I leave the country (despite I'm a permanent resident and have no intention to leave). Glad it wasn't to late so I bought the car at another dealership.
