My vehicle was taken to Cochran for several recalls and warranty work. After having my vehicle for a month with no rental we picked it up and it was worse than when we took it there. It’s now back after one day and the service agent we engaged with was disrespectful and not customer focused.
I put in an inquiry on vehicle, they called a little later and we set an appointment to see it. Very hassle free, did a test drive, came back talked numbers, not pushy at all. From the time we got there everyone was friendly. We were out the door in our new vehicle in less than 2 hours. Very pleased with our purchase
