I'd like to know why I'm paying $28,000 total including interest for a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan? I've been paying $400 a month for the last 3 years. There is no grace period and no leniency. I still have 3 years to go and expenses are getting worse. The vehicle already had damages to it when it was leased to me. I would post pictures of the contract, but not sure if that's allowed. Called to make an appointment and had to leave a message. They said a representative will get back to me. I had a couple things going on with my F150 work truck and needed to get it looked at. It's been two weeks now and still no call back. Way to go guys. I'm done.

These guys were great until they weren’t. Had everything lined up to come buy a rather uncommon car. Salesperson didn’t respond all weekend, got ahold of them on a Wednesday and said I’m willing and able to come buy the car same day, salesman said he was too busy and he’d pull the car off the lot and make me an appointment for 5:30PM the following day. Woke up to a text the car had been sold. Communication is everything in this business and these guys dropped the ball. Will never shop at any Cochran dealership again.
