The maintenance shop is great. However, I'd like to know why I'm paying $28,000 total including interest for a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan? I've been paying $400 a month for the last 3 years. There is no grace period and no leniency. I still have 3 years to go and expenses are getting worse. The vehicle already had damages to it when it was leased to me. I would post pictures of the contract, but not sure if that's allowed.

Drove an hour to take a look at a 2016 ford f150 with a 5.0 and 70,000 miles. Seemed decent. Til I looked under and realized for 24,000 bucks, i would have a truck that might pass 2 more years worth of inspections due to the frame. Guess this is why dealerships don't post pictures of the frame online. I understand the pic i posted is just the tow hitch area, yet you see welds separating, but the whole frame looked like this. The service department was incredibly helpful with a problem with my SUV during a routine service call. Speed of service was great. Good communication and responsiveness. I highly recommend.

They called me about a survey I answered regarding a recent service I wasn't happy with. They didn't follow up as originally requested until this call a week or so later. They begrudgingly gave me the info I asked for in the first place, and then tried to guilt me into revising my survey because they use those to judge/pay their employees. An employee who for the most part had nothing to do with the service rendered and whose name was never mentioned on the survey. AND then they tried denying it was a guilt trip.
