Told me that the truck was mine. Before I got to the dealership they sold it to some other sucker. Dishonest, sleazy and rude management. Can’t imagine how they treated customers.
My last several experiences have been poor from lack of staffing to not getting a return call from the parts department on 3 separate occasions. Anyone can sell a car but service afterwards is what really matters. Poorly lacking in that area.
Wife has called four times to schedule a recall repair and no one has reached back out to us. Will not be servicing or buy vehicles here again.
