I have been a loyal Cadillac customer for years and have purchased multiple vehicles from this brand. Less than a year ago, I purchased a Cadillac CT5, and unfortunately, my experience since then has been extremely frustrating. Recently had to drop my car off it was not running right and needed inspection as well as oil change.Turns out a rodent chewed my wires. They fixed the issue promptly. Melissa was awesome and has a wonderful personality and very courteous! They did a detail video of my car and what they were doing so I could see what the problem was.
Bought a Cadillac optic from them and have had some issues since, really like the car. But the issues continue to persist and the car has needed to go back to the shop 5 times and each time their service team tells us nothing is wrong with the car or they have to wait on parts that never come in. And the list of issues with it continues to pile up. We're taking our car to a different cadillac dealership.
