First off let me say that I went on the Cadillac website and submitted to both Cadillac dealerships around the Pittsburgh area that was I was looking to purchase a new 2025 or 2026 CT5-V. The first dealership reached out and did not want to locate a vehicle for me and insisted on ordering a new Cadillac. I purchased my second Cadillac from Cochran yesterday and want to thank my saleswoman Donna Dunnivan for going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. She is smart and very knowledgeable about her business but also cares about her customers and their happiness.
