All services seemed to have been done in a single day. May have had to wait for parts but our vehicle was there for 2 weeks. They did provide us with a vehicle. Once a service advisor was appointed, we received regular communication and were contacted to make sure we were completely satisfied. One additional issue was noted and the service advisor will have the part ordered for installation on our first regular service visit.
I am very disappointed in the lack of care that has been shown to me over an issue I am having. My first visit was due to the large amount of oil my vehicle burns through, they told me they could not make an official diagnosis until I kept track of how much oil I put in before my next oil change. It’s now time for my next oil change and they want me to wait three weeks before seeing me while I have a persistent issue. I recently purchased a brand new 2025 GMC Sierra AT4 from this dealership and had a very mixed experience. Mack, my salesman, was excellent. He was easy to work with, patient, and did his best to make sure I got what I wanted. Dale, one of the managers, also went above and beyond to support the deal and showed real professionalism.
