I took my vehicle in for a recall and the advisor stated I need front an back brakes the vehicle was purchased in February and I put around 4 thousand miles on vehicle and I couldn't believe it needed brakes front and back , air filter element and Cabin air filter. I only put 4000 miles on vehicle since February totally disappointing. Advisor never gave me spec on pad thickness or information about filters needed. Completely changed my opinion of this dealership — and not in a good way. I purchased a Sierra AT4 back in August and traded in my old truck. We agreed in writing on the trade-in value and payoff amount. I assumed, as anyone would, that the dealership would promptly pay off the trade. A week later, my auto payment for the traded vehicle still processed — meaning I’m now out $700 because this dealership can’t handle their business honestly or professionally.
