NO CUSTOMER SERVICE after the sale! Dropped $96K on a brand new GMC Denali and love the vehicle! Realized there is a big slice in one of the tires either from factory or dealership. Called the Manager (multiple times). When he finally called back (days later) he said he would talk to service and call us back. Never did. We called again and he asked us to send pictures.
