Got here yesterday for an appointment and asked to put specific oil in my car, the guy who works at this location around 4pm told me he added a note for 5W20 to when I bring my car they could add it. Also a sticker was on my shield indicating my current oil 5W20 and today I went to my appointment and they put a different oil even tho the sticker said other wise and disregarded my note . I’ve been going here for several years now, and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Very reasonable, very friendly; Rob is the best! A lot of car repair places will “dumb it down” for females, but you get none of that condescending attitude here!
I have been using this location since it opened. Rob and his staff have been very helpful with any needs i may have from a basic oil change to extensive repair. If it is something they feel I can handle they do not take advantage of me and have me do it myself. I would highly recommend them.
