Ordered a mirror, mirror came in broke, called numerous times with no answer or voicmail option. Finally after days of attempting to call I looked up there email on there website and emailed. There customer service says you must contact them within 3 days. And I was at 5 after trying by phone. They won't warranty it even though it's a cheap cast on the bracket and a manufacturer defect that would t even hold up in shipping. Try and call their number before you buy anything just to prove they are shady.
Unfortunately I had the exact same experience as the previous reviewer except that in my case the website for 1auto shop listed a pair of tail lenses for my truck in the description as being the correct lenses. The description had an entire list of vehicles that they were supposed to fit highlighted in red, which included my vehicle. I ordered the tail lenses and when they arrived they were the wrong lenses. I requested a return and was told that not only did I have to pay return shipping but there would be a restocking fee.... read more
I wish I could give 0 stars . Buyer beware do your research before you order. Please Google this company and review its reviews . If you order and need to return basically you will not get your money back . I was told that not only will a restocking fee come out of my refund but a shipping fee. Also I have to pay for it to be shipped back .??? I paid for shipping when ordered , when I return the order and additional shipping will be taking out of my refund .. thats 3 shipping fees .
