2012 MDX looks great. In and out. Ed has lots of passion and his work shows it. Very satisfied with results. Customer focused and hands on ownership make a difference. Highly recommend. Rob Larsen.
☆☆☆☆ 1/5 The team did a good job cleaning the car, and I appreciated the effort of the workers. However, I was quoted $220 for Package 3 when I dropped off my small SUV in the morning. I was clearly told that the price was $180 for a car and $220 for a small SUV. But when I came back to pick up the car, they handed me an invoice for $340. This was my first experience with #1 and it was great from my first call with Ed until I picked up my vehicle. He returned my call for an appointment within a couple of hours. When I dropped my vehicle off he looked it over and fairly assessed what he felt was the best package option for me but, left it totally up to me to decide. No pressure at all. This was my first time ever getting a car detailed. My three year old hatch back has lived a tough life with 114k miles and two toddlers. Ed and his guys went above and beyond. He was helpful in getting me in quickly and took the time needed to bring my car back to life so to speak. End results speak for themselves. Highly recommend.
