These people suck! I got them through Home Warranty of America. The guy finally comes out to the house and says the condenser will need to be cleaned before he can properly check the system $40 extra. He then charges the system and I pay $120 for gas. He tells me has come back to check for a leak. days go by without hearing from them. He verbally promised to call me when he was coming to the house to complete the service after I called to check on when they were planning on stopping by. He never did. Holiday weekend, 95 degrees out and AC fan motor goes. #1 Air had the part no one else had and Jim was able to come out same day and help us out. Thanks so much!!!
