While the owner has a kind heart, our experience with this custom loft bed and furniture purchase was not a good one. (1) Numerous excuses for ongoing delays and a 5+ months overdue delivery. (2) Inferior quality of work: Wood surfaces were left very rough to the touch (stair treads, desk top, side and head rails). I was a little hesitant to order a bunk bed from an ad I saw on Craigslist, but it worked out beautifully. We got a twin-over-queen with a natural finish for our vacation house and now a whole gang of cousins has a place to slumber party. It really is a SOLID piece of furniture and there's a peace of mind that comes with knowing that a bunk bed, that kids are climbing and sleeping in, is so well constructed. I have found nothing ready-made that is comparable, and I looked. Thank you!

We purchased bunk beds with a trundle for our girls, and a twin bed with a trundle for our boy when they were still in elementary school. Two of them are adults now, one is still in high school, and the beds are as strong as the first day RJ delivered them to us. He was very flexible and tailored made them with our specifications.
