The team was extremely professional and detail oriented. They are very knowledgeable and clearly take a lot of pride in their work. They did a beautiful job installing a new mini-split in our home. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Traversing the complicated and confusing technical issues concerning alternative heat/energy options was made much easier and simpler by working with Heat Pumps. Installing and starting two units took very little time, didn't require lots of equipment and involved little clean up. And if I choose to adding more units is possible. The work was provided by Rebuilding Together at no cost to me as an older, low income person.

Drake from 1888heatpumps came out today, right on time for scheduled appointment to fix or replace my Fujitsu heat pump wall thermostat. With clear communication, he set about checking out the system & proceeded to make it work correctly again. Drake was skilled & efficient at all he did. I was so impressed & happy that I added on to the work order. The 2nd part was to install a piece of hardware to enable remote thermostat control for my mobile. Our heat pump installation went incredibly smoothly. Everyone we worked with, from drafting the plan, to scheduling, to the actual installers was super responsive and helpful. They obviously take a lot of pride in doing a great job. I would highly recommend working with them.
