The whole experience, from the initial site visit to install, was so professional. They were patient with my questions and left the house exactly the way they found it. I'm amazed by how much they have to do to get everything perfect to a tee, but they didn't shy away from any of it. So thorough! Highly, highly recommend this company if you're in Marin and in the market for a high efficiency AC and heating system.

We had a ductless mini-split system and heat pump hot water heater installed. During the whole process, they were helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. Super happy with the results!

I had a fantastic experience experience with 1-888-Heat-Pumps. I needed some recessed can lighting installed in my home as well as a dedicated circuit for an electric stove. The sales rep Jasmine made sure I got exactly what I needed. The electrician Gleber and the plasterer Jaime were incredibly professional when working and courteous around the space. They did a wonderful, seamless job. I would definitely work with them for any of my future electrification needs!

The team was extremely professional and detail oriented. They are very knowledgeable and clearly take a lot of pride in their work. They did a beautiful job installing a new mini-split in our home. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
