Unfortunately we had a water heater in the garage that had been leaking unnoticed for quite some time. Roger and his guys quickly and at a reasonable price (homeowners insurance covered zero, UGH, that’s for another review) removed, all the moldy building materials, sanitized and dried the area then followed up with a reasonable rebuild contractor.
