Beware of this company.. do not fall for their so called Letter of Intent to offer to purchase your property. They offered to purchase the home after just a 5 minute walk thru to check for fire damage..and what they came back with was a low ball offer claiming it would need to be upgraded? no fire damages.. but now the story changed.. and thee fast cash offer? 7-14 days turned into "about 45 days".. so that wasn't true either. Their staff were great. This was as painless of a process that I could imagine. They were flexible with the closing date, which was great as we sold before buying anew. Hopefully I never have to do another real estate transaction for a while, but I’d call these guys again if I did. They were willing to outbid competitors and allowed me to rent back. Great company.
