For us -- saying that Exit-As-Is was a real blessing is an understatement. It took a serious load off of Bill's shoulders. We don't want to think about what would have happened if we had not received their letter of inquiry. At first we thought it was too good to be true. I used Exit-As-Is to sell my home and the process could not have been easier. They let me pick when the closing would occur and handled all the paperwork. They were responsive to any questions I had and were quick to respond. I would highly recommend using this company if you want to avoid the traditional route of fixing, cleaning, and staging a house for sale.

What a wonderful way to sell a home in a stress free fashion. The group at 844Exit-As-Is took care of all the worry from start to finish. There was no need for third party involvement because of how professional and efficient the staff were.
