Their staff were great. This was as painless of a process that I could imagine. They were flexible with the closing date, which was great as we sold before buying anew. Hopefully I never have to do another real estate transaction for a while, but I’d call these guys again if I did. They were willing to outbid competitors and allowed me to rent back. Great company.
For us -- saying that Exit-As-Is was a real blessing is an understatement. It took a serious load off of Bill's shoulders.
