John was awesome! He has Compassion not only for his job but also with his clients he listens, understands and explains what he is doing and the steps he will take very well . He is very knowledgeable and professional about his job and had no problem explaining everything to me bit by bit. I would refer him to anyone. I don’t know what I would have done with out him when my home was damaged by water. I would give him and the company a five star plus! Thank you John for everything!!!
John is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had never dealt with a major water leak before and had no idea how to handle it. He explained the process for his part and explained the insurance claim process as well. When asbestos was found in the flooring he recommended a great company for that. John and David were always on time and professional. They made a very stressful situation go more smoothly. I’m very thankful for their help and highly recommend them.
