Company came out in the morning after we notice water dripping into the garage. They spent a few hours inspecting but were unable to find cause. Next day they returned with fans but only dropped them off; they did not place the fans or turn them on. Said they would be back the next day - came back 3 days later to “tear down walls”. we had no plan or documentation there of to understand their process or cost involved. Turns out my poor and negative experience with this company is on spot with the BBB, as they are NOT accredited with the BBB. Essentially lied about a free estimate and literally stood there trying to make me sign and a Consent Form to Authorize them to do such and such. I said Authorize you to.do.what? The estimaor could not answer and walked out without any response. Never heard back from them. Do not use or trust! Totally shoddy and scammers!!
Without giving away too many details, I am currently dealing with a potentially unhealthy situation in the place where I am living. The first person who came by to assess everything was from a well known national company that I won’t name here, but I’m sure you know. When the city sewer main backed up into my Englewood home basement, it was no small event! Luis and his crew responded immediately and did an incredible, professional job taking care of a huge clean-up. They worked with me as I dealt with insurances and were very responsive. I don't live in Colorado anymore so having a professional with excellent communication was really helpful for me! They even gave me a 67 page document with all they did, with photos and everything. amazing! Thanks for doing great work!
