1-800 Water Damage was very prompt, coming on a Friday evening within 1-2 hours of our call about our basement water problem (sump pump broke during one of the wettest weeks we've seen). Jeff stayed until he got the water out and set up fans and dehumidifiers; they returned the next day to remove the wet carpet, remove more water, and set up additional fans and dehumidifiers. Henry; and Mike were very polite and considerate. They worked very well as a team. It was almost like they could finish each other's sentences. They worked hard and did a good job. Following their work, we did a walk through of the house and they moved furniture they had to move back to the correct spot. They were never cross with us or with each other. I was very pleased with their work and their demeaner.
