Brian and team did an amazing job with our water damage mitigation. From extraction to drying, their work was professional, clean and service impeccable. I have had to use the services of 1-800 Water Damage three times in the last four years. I had two sewage back-ups that basically destroyed my basement, and my Dad caused water leaks through out his house. Brian, John, and their crews were kind, understanding, and prompt in cleaning up and mitigating the damage. While I told Brian I hoped to never see them in their professional context again, if someone needs their services , call them ASAP.
A broken pipe within my wall between the lower level bathroom and the boiler room led to extensive damage to property. 1-800waterdamage was contracted and did a superb job in mitigation. Mike the crew chief with his coworkers were courteous and professional and got the place cleaned up and prepared for the next phase of reconstruction.
Can’t say enough good things about the team at 1-800 Water Damage! On short notice, they came in to fix our leaking baseboard heater. They were incredibly efficient in fixing the problem, mitigating the damage and cleaned up our home after. Through the entire process they were extremely professional, showed great care for our home and belongings, and went above and beyond with their transparency and communication.
