In a time of need ( pipe burst) , 1800 Water damage was a godsend. Mike and his crew were very professional and understanding. Mike explained every part of the water mitigation process and was very helpful in getting my house back to whole . Excellent people and company !!! Would use again .

My hot water heater leaked under the floor of my entire basement and I needed the help of a mitigation team. My plumber recommended 1800 Water Damage. I’m SO glad he did. They came right away, were totally professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation much more manageable. When we had a flood in our basement my plumber recommended I reach out to 800waterdamage. Within an hour Brian had a team come out to our home. The guys were polite & and explained everything clearly and got to work fast. The team cleaned up and left my home and I can’t thank them enough for a job well done! It was such a relief after a very stressful event. I highly recommend this company!
