My hot water heater leaked under the floor of my entire basement and I needed the help of a mitigation team. My plumber recommended 1800 Water Damage. I’m SO glad he did. They came right away, were totally professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation much more manageable. We recently had water damage at our home, and 1-800 Water Damage was truly exceptional. I made one phone call and within about 30 minutes they were already at our door. Mike was very friendly, informative, and kept me up to date on everything he was doing. He was interactive and attentive to my cats and dogs, making sure that he asked me if he could open the door so the animals would not run away. Brian was also very friendly and helpful. They both cleaned up the demo and made sure nothing was left behind for any of us to get hurt on.

I cannot say enough good things about 1-800-WaterDamage and their crew. We had a burst pipe in our kitchen with water everywhere and it was incredibly stressful. When we had a flood in our basement my plumber recommended I reach out to 800waterdamage. Within an hour Brian had a team come out to our home. The guys were polite & and explained everything clearly and got to work fast. The team cleaned up and left my home and I can’t thank them enough for a job well done! It was such a relief after a very stressful event. I highly recommend this company!
