I had a business partnership with Brian and his team. Everyone was incredibly nice, accomdating and professional. I am really happy with our collaboration and hope to work together in the future. These guys know what they are doing and I highly recommend them in times of stress. They are compassionate and understanding of the customers difficult times fixing their homes and lost possessions.

In a time of need ( pipe burst) , 1800 Water damage was a godsend. Mike and his crew were very professional and understanding. Mike explained every part of the water mitigation process and was very helpful in getting my house back to whole . Excellent people and company !!! Would use again .

When we had a flood in our basement my plumber recommended I reach out to 800waterdamage. Within an hour Brian had a team come out to our home. The guys were polite & and explained everything clearly and got to work fast. The team cleaned up and left my home and I can’t thank them enough for a job well done! It was such a relief after a very stressful event. I highly recommend this company!

His professionalism and attention to detail were truly appreciated. The team did an excellent job with the water removal and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend them!
