Mike was very friendly, informative, and kept me up to date on everything he was doing. He was interactive and attentive to my cats and dogs, making sure that he asked me if he could open the door so the animals would not run away. Brian was also very friendly and helpful. They both cleaned up the demo and made sure nothing was left behind for any of us to get hurt on.

I cannot say enough good things about 1-800-WaterDamage and their crew. We had a burst pipe in our kitchen with water everywhere and it was incredibly stressful. In a time of need ( pipe burst) , 1800 Water damage was a godsend. Mike and his crew were very professional and understanding. Mike explained every part of the water mitigation process and was very helpful in getting my house back to whole . Excellent people and company !!! Would use again .
