In a time of need ( pipe burst) , 1800 Water damage was a godsend. Mike and his crew were very professional and understanding. Mike explained every part of the water mitigation process and was very helpful in getting my house back to whole . Excellent people and company !!! Would use again .

I have had to use the services of 1-800 Water Damage three times in the last four years. I had two sewage back-ups that basically destroyed my basement, and my Dad caused water leaks through out his house. Brian, John, and their crews were kind, understanding, and prompt in cleaning up and mitigating the damage. While I told Brian I hoped to never see them in their professional context again, if someone needs their services , call them ASAP.

A broken pipe within my wall between the lower level bathroom and the boiler room led to extensive damage to property. 1-800waterdamage was contracted and did a superb job in mitigation. Mike the crew chief with his coworkers were courteous and professional and got the place cleaned up and prepared for the next phase of reconstruction.
