I'm having issues at my apartment and I talked to Jason... He was awesome... Person from different company I called before kept on dismissing me and very rude... Jason went out of the way to explain things thorough and he also told me stuff he didn't have to tell me... I've been so stressed about something and everything he explained made complete sense... They responded very quickly to a sewer backup/overflow and started the mitigation process. Very friendly and easy to work with. Good communication and easy to get a hold of to discuss things. Did a good job would recommend.
The crew was very professional, hard working and did a great job assessing and mitigating our basement water damage. They also created a very detailed and complete damage report which I was able to forward to our homeowners insurance. I would highly recommend them!
