Not any less expensive compared to similar orange climate controlled drive in versions. They all thrive on price increases regularly after getting you in there and not wanting to move your stuff around. That is the business model.

September 2023 Review 5 star: Reasonable and competitive rates; excellent Staff and service; clean facilities; indoor drive through; and climate controlled; December 2023 update review 1 star: Just received 30 day notice of 75% increase in monthly rate due to "increased operating expenses". Shocking increase not supported by the Detroit metro area 2023 inflation rate of 5.6%. I do not recommend this facility now due to surprises like that.
