Ordered a patio May 10 2021 He said 5 or 6 more 5 or 6 more again and again So finally called pro via I need a po number So i call him to get it He called the morning Said the ordered got rejected Still waiting for the po Number It is now Sep 8 STILL No Door

Evidently the other company did a sub optimal job installing the patio door and ********************* was unhappy with the installation. My sales rep offered to help out and communication went back and forth. To this day we do NOT have a signed contract between our company and *********************.
