Bought a radiator from them and it leaked right out the box! Called them up and explained the problem. Once I told the lady answering the phone the problem her attitude changed and all of a sudden she was rude and accusing us of damaging it. She then said that she will have her manager call back. He called back HOURS LATER and was very rude and unprofessional and of course he played the blame game as well. Had a radiator pop on me today and these folks had what I needed for $40 cheaper than anywhere else in town. Everyone there was polite and friendly. What more is there to say? Next time you need a radiator that's where I would go.
