Great experience working with this company. Tyler S was very knowledgeable and great at explaining what needed to be done. They also do not charge a DX fee. We had Hero come out for a second opinion. They charged $99 for DX. Hero had the same repair plan except Hero added a replacement piece under our laundry sink. Tyler said it didn't need to be replaced, just needed a seal and to be tightened. I've used them a few times to install a faucet, unclog a drain, and to fix a couple leaky toilets. I have been calling them for a few days now and it is going straight to voicemail. I haven't had a return phone call yet. Has the Plymouth location gone out of business? Don't know how to get ahold of their corprate office to find out what is going on.
They took forever to get anything done, wouldn't show up when they said they would, and when they did show up they would look at something and leave almost immediately giving some excuse on why they couldn't get the work done. Just terrible experience overall and will never even think of using them again.
They were great to work with. Very knowledgeable plumbers who are friendly and easy to work with. Andrew is the guy!
Super responsive, they got someone out here within 2 hours to help fix a clogged drain that was also causing water to leak through our basement ceiling. Casey was very professional and took the time to show me what was going on. We’ve had a few people out here to fix the same clogged drain in the past, but nobody did as thorough a job as he did. Will definitely use these guys again.
