Mega pro were a life saver. I had a leak in my kitchen that my landlord couldn’t get to til 3 days later . I called them and they were at my house in a hour - service fee was fair & the plumber Colton was knowledgeable and fast. Gave me a lot of knowledge and tips for if the problem may occur again. Very helpful from the booking call with Kim down to the plumber Definitely will use and recommend again.
Colton was very nice, professional and thorough in his assessment of our water heater issue. He took the time to educate me on what was happening and how to prevent the issue from occurring again. I recommend this technician and plumbing company wholeheartedly.
