Terrible experience. Particularly w/Robert -he’s the manager/owner. I had a pipe burst at home that required new flooring. My insurance company referred the company. I’ve since moved back home only to find I am still missing items. They took pics beforehand and said they’d replace everything exactly as it was. That didn’t happen. My pics were taken off the wall and not put back. My rugs were not immediately returned and I had to call/email/text multiple x’s times before it was resolved. Company did a fantastic job in packing our furniture and possessions. And equally important they did a great job in returning our furniture and possessions back to our house after the rebuild was completed. All the staff did a top notch job! I highly recommend them!

The team of young ladies from 1-800-Packouts of Tarrant County did an amazing/excellent job. They were well trained and handled our belongings with the highest of care. Their attention to detail was outstanding, ensuring that nothing was damaged. Very professional, they were always available to answer our questions. Highly recommend them. 5 Stars!
