Worst customer service ever they were supposed to deliver my moving container today, which is March 25, 2026. They were supposed to call before they sent the driver out to reassure that I was home. I even called on 24 March to verify the delivery time they told me that a driver would call me prior to coming to my house the day of delivery for the moving container which is today March 25. Fraudulent company just out to get your money. I ordered a cube to be delivered on 1/3/2025. They told me my pickup would be 2/3/25 as they just do "the 3rd to the 3rd" and they don't pick up on weekends. I questioned whether I'd get charged extra as that was over the 30 days but they said NO as they just do "the 3rd to the 3rd" and they don't pick up on weekends. Absolutely horrible company to work with. Driver damaged our property and didn’t even call us. Now we’re on our 3rd attempt to pickup the container. Do not waste your time or money.

Horrible. Do not use! They have salespeople who give you an estimate right away once you order your container and provide your credit card number. However, if you need to talk to customer service for anything, they take hours to answer or never call back after you leave a callback number. they put the container like 4 feet away from my garage. I wasn’t home and had someone stand by as they dropped it off, you would think the truck driver had some common sense to realize that we wouldn’t be able to get any of our large items ... read more

I would not recommend that anyone use the Milwaukee, WI location. Whoever is in charge is clearly not capable of managing an efficient schedule. My initial container came 3 days late. The transfer to the second location was a full week late, and the final pick up was a week late. Every time I called to ask about the delays, all they said was they were overbooked and short on drivers. Again, this goes back to the area manager.
