Absolutely horrible. Impossible to get ahold of anyone and still hasn't picked up the container. About to just scrap the damn thing.

Billing terms are shady! I got charged a whole month extra after my pick-up date because I didn't give them 5 days notice prior to the billing date to get it pro-rated. This is not clear in their billing practices and is extremely hard to do when you don't know when/where drop/pick will be until a few weeks prior. There's no way to give them their required notice which is shady billing practices!!!
I almost lost my tumb in there but the people were nice.
Worst customer service ever they were supposed to deliver my moving container today, which is March 25, 2026. They were supposed to call before they sent the driver out to reassure that I was home. I even called on 24 March to verify the delivery time they told me that a driver would call me prior to coming to my house the day of delivery for the moving container which is today March 25.
