Oranne and Mike are absolutely fantastic! Genuinely, just good people and made my experience smooth and easy.
Sam , the driver that took our container from Las Vegas to its final destination, was absolutely excellent. He communicated throughout the whole process and ultimately laid the container down like it was on a cloud precisely where we needed it. Fantastic experience.
My experience with 1-800-PACK-RAT was nothing short of a nightmare from start to finish. I would not recommend this company to anyone. To begin with, the sales process was incredibly frustrating. Despite an active 25% off promotion, the sales representative initially quoted me a price that was nowhere near reflective of the discount. Failed to deliver on appointed day. Sat on hold with customer service for over an hour. Finally, got a call from the local office at 6pm and was told it was too late to deliver, but we would be first on the following day. Great, I just lost money with my helpers. Three weeks later and one day to my move in day. PackRat calls my wife to delay a day. So, I call them (30 minutes on hold) and find out they don't know the location of the pods and they were hoping it would just be a day but they really dont know. They picked up th... read more
