We had a gentleman named Mike who was very professional and made sure our pod was parked just so we wouldn’t have any issues with our HOA. Really appreciate his consideration in this matter.
I had a really difficult location to deliver (4) Pack Rat containers to for an event, one of which shipped across the country. Shane and Luis each brought 2 containers, worked together seamlessly to guide each other in to the tight drop off location (think Austin Powers golf cart scene). They were friendly, fast and careful to not hit anything. They called before arrival, showed up on time and made the whole process seamless. Shayn was amazing! He really listened and gave his expertise on positioning my two 16' containers in the driveway that already had limited space. Excellent job!!
