Good service and quick
Great experience. Las Vegas facility did a great job!
I will start my review with the service from Las Vegas was perfect, however when I moved from Las Vegas to Sparks and they told me my things woudd arrive in 10 days. The day of, I stayed at home all day thinking my container would arrive. I finally called around 4pm and they told me it was delayed due to technical issues. I had to cancel my movers the next day and they told me the container would be delivered the following Tuesday, June 17th. SCAM COMPANY – AVOID! Pack-Rat made my move way more stressful than it needed to be. I was quoted $2,780 but ended up being charged over $3,300 due to surprise fees for storage ($355) and gas ($250)—neither of which were disclosed upfront. They also showed up late and with the wrong container size, forcing me to reschedule my movers (Another fee).
