My driver was soooo COOL! He was very experienced and parked container in a very tight spot perfectly. He was very courteous and happy. Great Job! This the 2nd time I have used 1 800 Pack Rat. I will always use them. Container is clean inside as well. They also offer packing help and movers who are workers of their company, licensed and bonded. Just want to take my time to say thank you to the 1-800 pack a rat employee Jose for helping me with my unit and answering all of my questions it made my process a lot easier!
the 3 stars is only for the driver who delivered my pod & picked it up buuuut i will never use 1-800 pack rat again i got the smallest size because thats what the guy recommended for my mom by the grace of god i was very thankful to get my stuff packed up but pod is extremely small & expensive yes they price match other companies but 2200 for the pod i received not worth it at all also every tike you call customer service its someone who answers who doesnt know what they are doing or what they are talking about unprofessiona... read more
