We paid over $4000 total for this service from IN to AZ. Our stuff was supposed to be in on the 6th. I just got a call that due to a delay on the route they moved our delivery all the way to the 14th. The supervisor is saying after it's delivered we can discuss compensation for the delay. We will see. 1 star until they do something to make me happy about this because I have to keep buying stuff we need immediately between now and then. DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE THIS SERVICE.
Was moving from Ohio to Vegas. Got a quote and signed the contract. Pod was to be dropped off on Feb 10 which it was. Picked up on Feb 16. It was to be delivered within ten days. IT WAS DELIVERED TO VEGAS ON MARCH 16. A month later. A whole month later that we had NOTHING from our Ohio home. Everyday it was a different excuse. They actually called me to pay the rest of the shipping which was more than the total quoted. So they added more money. My pod wasn’t picked up until March 11. They told me three days from Feb 16. *edit service complete* I didn't have any issues on the other end so I never had to get in touch with them. I think that's the big issue is that if you need customer service, it's going to be a pain. The service storing, delivering and transporting all went well so bumping this from 1 to 3 stars *edit* After the initial frustration I've been able to routinely get in contact with them regarding questions and plans. The agents on the phone arnt forthcoming about the monthly billing along with the website, it shows different pricing, discounts which they dont pass on, then I had the containers one month and a week, when I wanted the containers picked up, I had to pay the months rent, expecting a proration back to me when picked up. Well, come to find out, a proration ONLY happens when you set up for pick up before the month is up, so they collect the hole month even though you only uised it for 1 week.
