PackRat was great from start to finish. They dropped off the pod timely and picked it up as soon as it was done being packed. I did have to come unload it myself, but that is only because the new area I was moving required permits to park it, and it was too much of a hassle to obtain the permits, but that was not on PackRat. When I came to pick up my pod with the movers, they got it out quickly and gave us plenty of room to get everything out.
