Awesome experience with Pack Rat. I loaded 2 containers in August and had them in storage until the end of Oct. Bobby, the driver, did a great job maneuvering the container on the back end. The house is positioned on a steep hill so the container could not go in the driveway but Bobby came up with a great solution and placed it in the street right in front of my driveway

Brian dropped off my pod and was excellent. In time delivery and let me know they were on their way with plenty of time to prepare. Got it placed perfectly and gave some good tips in getting it loaded. -Edit after moving- I had nothing but problems with 1800PackRat after they picked up our container. They were unable or unwilling to be flexible with any changes unless it was convenient on their end.
