I have not used their service but their trucks FLY through my neighborhood. Their drivers are careless and speed past me and my kids while we are OUTSIDE PLAYING. I would steer clear of using this company to move you or your family, they clearly don't care about others.

Warning: Do not give this company your contact info unless you are ready to be locked into an appointment. I requested a simple quote, but they scheduled a service date before even providing the pricing. When I tried to cancel, I was stuck in a loop of being transferred to multiple representatives who claimed they couldn’t help me. It feels like a deliberate tactic to make canceling as difficult as possible. Avoid them if you value your time.

A affordable way to move or just store your belongings at your location or there warehouse if you're moving remodeling or just storing be sure to give them a call

Absolutely terrible service. They kept me on the phone for so long I lost track. They were instant when I booked. Then try to cancel your booking and you'll be redirected around, wait 10 minutes, then find out the next person can't help you either, keep going through a chain of rude people.

We moved from WA to Idaho this April, Pack Rat was very patient with my numerous changes in our plans. The delivery personnel in WA and in Idaho were very kind and helpful in explaining details of locking unit. Most important take away is be sure, because canceling is difficult. Also when requesting a pickup for the empty trailer, "delivery" is used instead of "pick up"; whereby I called a live person to make sure Pack Rat was "picking up" and not delivering .
