POD quoted me $2800 and I called PackRat right after to ask about their prices. When the sales guy found out I had a quote from POD he said he would match it because they wanted my business. He quoted me $2800 to get the business but I was just informed that packrat billed me for $3700. $1000 more than the quoted cost. GO WITH POD. This business is sheisty. I wish I could revoke my business with them and should have gone with a more trustworthy company like POD.

I really appreciate all the support Clayton gave us, both on delivery and puck of the pods. He placed them just where we wanted them and went out of his way to insure it was Wright. Please thank him from us!

Moving with 1-800-PACKRAT has been a great experience. I moved from WA to ID, rented two 16' containers, had them stored for 2 months, then delivered to our new home. Our schedule changed a lot, but every time I had to call to change something the people on the phone were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The people who dropped off and picked up the containers were just the same. Special shout out to Marcus and Destiny. 10/10 would use again (but hope I don't have to move again anytime soon lol).

My elderly father in law used this company. They missed the original scheduled pickup date. Never called him to let him know when they would truly arrive. In-laws had to keep the travel schedule. Finally got a call.Container overweight, now customer service calling them with automated system leaving them on hold for hours. Finally got a human on the phone. No resolution or compensation. In-laws. Have to fly back to get the weight right.
