I really appreciate all the support Clayton gave us, both on delivery and puck of the pods. He placed them just where we wanted them and went out of his way to insure it was Wright. Please thank him from us!

Moving with 1-800-PACKRAT has been a great experience. I moved from WA to ID, rented two 16' containers, had them stored for 2 months, then delivered to our new home. Our schedule changed a lot, but every time I had to call to change something the people on the phone were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The people who dropped off and picked up the containers were just the same. Special shout out to Marcus and Destiny. 10/10 would use again (but hope I don't have to move again anytime soon lol).

My elderly father in law used this company. They missed the original scheduled pickup date. Never called him to let him know when they would truly arrive. In-laws had to keep the travel schedule. Finally got a call.Container overweight, now customer service calling them with automated system leaving them on hold for hours. Finally got a human on the phone. No resolution or compensation. In-laws. Have to fly back to get the weight right.

We moved from Idaho to Georgia in September using them. When we moved we didn’t have an address, but we knew which city we’d be in. The rep I scheduled with told me that they delivered to that city and the surrounding areas so it wouldn’t be an issue. The end of October we got a house and I went to call to schedule a delivery and they told me my address wasn’t serviceable and I was going to have to come unpack the packrat, repack it onto a trailer, U-Haul, or whatever I needed to and they’d set it out for us to do so.
