Both drop off and pickup were on time
Needed storage for 2 months. They showed up when they said they would, driver was very friendly and put storage container where I needed it. Would definitely recommend them.
Extremely displeased with Pack Rat. Terrible experience, and total incompetence! Needed to move two pods, but they only moved one (both next to each other, and previously confirmed). Now we’re on the hook to the movers who are scheduled to unload, but with a job that is incomplete. Really don’t understand how pack rack can botch the most simplest thing which is moving our pods from A to point B. Have been on the phone with Packer and no response for hours.
