We're so grateful for the exceptional customer service provided by Carla. She went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute arrangement. The driver was on time, super friendly, and always kept us informed about his estimated arrival time. Thank you both!
Obnoxious high pressure sales tactics over the phone to get the sales commission. The sales guy got a lot of the order details wrong requiring me to call back and wait on hold for a long time. Today is our delivery day, and the driver cannot make the delivery due to the driveway configuration at this property. This, after persistently telling the sales agent to carefully check google maps or google earth to make absolutely sure the delivery was feasible; he assured me it was, in order to make the sale. Great communication, organized and easy. Justin was very helpful and all the phone service folks were terrific.
Man first time needing to get one of these! The staff was patient. And the driver they got over here knew his stuff! And was still able to work with me and help me out! He was so nice and positive even when telling me the bad news about my tree! But he found away to make it work! Thank yall !
