THE LITERAL WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER. PERIOD. Terrible terrible company. Not only did they not follow through with a single promise - picked the unit up late, dropped it off late, added fees, etc. they damaged my house and roof!! My neighbor witnessed the driver damage my house then look down the street to see if anyone was looking before driving away! Nobody even called me to tell me about the damage. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS! Pack Rat dropped off pod on time, picked up and stored for us and then redelivered on time as planned. Terrance was tremendous and helpful when placing the pod in a convenient location for us in not the easiest location. Highly recommend the Pack Rat team!
I got a 1-800 Pack Rat in May, and it was quick and convenient for moving! They were able to help me out on short notice after another shipping container company canceled on me last minute.
