Unreal.. I didn’t look at the reviews before I tried and well look at this… there is a reason you see 1 star reviews. Don’t use pack rat. It’s legitimately $20 or so more for pods. Doesn’t matter, you get what you pay for, if you’re looking for cheap you get rat cheap. Never using this company.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with 1800 Pack Rat. I scheduled 2 units for pick up and delivery in advanced over the phone and confirmed everything through the online portal weeks and again days in advanced. Every step along the way (2 drop off and 2 pick ups on each side of the move - total of 8 transactions) there was a delay. Sometimes I got no call no shows, other times I got called from the warehouses that my containers wouldn't be delivered or pick up for another day or more. I am generally very patient an... read more

Despite initial positive interactions with the salesperson and a clear agreement for delivery on August 7th, the service from 1-800-PACK-RAT proved to be a significant disappointment. The promised delivery date came and went without any communication, forcing me to repeatedly contact customer service and dispatch to get an update.
