Service so far has been fantastic, between scheduling and managing the container. Mike was the one to drop it off for me to load at my origin. Was very friendly, communicative and was able to get the container in our driveway perfectly despite the road being slightly narrow. May need services in the future again as well and would return.

Mike the Delivery Driver, did a great job putting my moving container in the perfect spot. He was very courteous and professional. He communicated with me every step of the way, and he waited patiently why I moved my car out of the driveway. Mike delivered outstanding service.

Everyone at Pack Rat has been outstanding. Drivers are courteous and helpful. Absolutely the best pack service you could use. We use the Cherry Hill NJ facility. Fabulous!!

Avoid at all costs. They did not drop off or pick up on scheduled days even though we paid extra to ensure it. Customer service wait times are way too long. They were supposed to hold container in storage until we moved but dropped it off at the house before we made settlement and nearly ruined the sale.
