Timely delivery. Got an older unit but I guess it works.
Forest Fenters was very nice & professional. He made it at the arrival time that was given, he asked me where would I like the pod before placing it down and he showed me how to open and closes the doors. I have no complaints.
1-800 Pack-Rat did a great job working with me to get the logistics the way I needed them and confirmed my moving plans before the actual delivery and pickup. I live in a condo property and share a parking lot with other residents who don't pay attention to reserved parking spaces but both Jason and Michael from the Garden Grove office were able to work around those issues and made my life incredibly easy when it came to the service that they provided. Thank you 1-800-Pack-Rat.
7 mins late for pick up, got here at 407pm and they refused to load me and had an extremely rude attitude about it yet the website says they are open untill 10pm!
