We rented Pack Rat for a home remodel. Michael from Garden Grove delivered our pack rat. He did an excellent job delivering it in a hard spot. He was very careful and thorough.

Michael was my driver and he was Absolutely fantastic! He called to let me know he was on his way. He let me know when he arrived. He placed the pod exactly where I needed it to be, he showed me the inside, the outside and how the lock works. Provided the lock for the pod. Phenomenal Customer Service! It’s hard to find good help these days and he was a GREAT help! Thank you so, so much!🤗

My experience with 1-800-PACK-RAT has truly been the best part of my move. We originally booked PODS, but to our shock, they canceled just one day before delivery—after we had been waiting an entire month. They claimed they only then realized the delivery would need to be made an hour away from our apartment. We were left stressed, desperate, and scrambling for a solution. Just had our container delivered this morning. The driver Michael was very friendly and communicated with us every step of the way. The container arrived exactly on time and the set up was quick.
