This should have been “simple”, after all it is their slogan. To make my review more succinct, I’ll rate each area using a grade of A-F. Ordering/Sales: F - we were encouraged to sign the contract “early” to “lock in” pricing, which changed at a later date (after our container was picked up). We have had a wonderful experience with Pack Rat. Chad Poindexter was so professional, accommodating and helping us get a decent rate as well as we had to change our date and he was able to do that quickly and conveniently. He is a real asset to the Garden Grove, CA office. Also, the driver, Jason had excellent maneuvers when dropping off and picking up our containers. He was very nice And very professional.
