PackRat came through at a very difficult for my wife and myself. I lucked out when I first made arrangements to get the storage unit and got to speak with Michelle who understood my strategy and how best to place the container. 1800PackRat was by far the best priced storage option compared to competitors. Everything went smoothly from drop off to pick up, and communication was a breeze. I highly recommend 1800PackRat over the rest.
Staff was very helpful on the phone with my questions and clarifications. I wanted specific drop off and pick up days and they were happy to accommodate. I appreciate not needing to be there for pickup. Friendly drivers and knowledgeable. Chad and Forest were great!
I had a great experience using PACK-RAT. The driver showed up right on time and was incredibly friendly and professional. The container itself was clean, well-maintained, and looked practically new. Everything about the process was smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend PACK-RAT to anyone looking for a reliable storage or moving.
The people at the facility in Garden Grove were excellent. Both Chad and Jason were clear and said what they would do and did what they said. Jason answered all my questions and explained everything. The customer service at 1-800-PackRat was not good. The sales people were great, but once I agreed and scheduled it was impossible to get anyone on the phone.
