Truck was late to the Auburn location but they made sure I still got my Packrat same day! Justin was super nice and very helpful
I had the best experience. Easy online ordering system, AMAZING PRICE, great communication, on-time delivery, and customer service on delivery. We stored furniture in a 16’ container parked on one of our driveways during reno. Scheduling online for pick up was so simple. It was retrieved while I was at work but was told the woman who picked up complained about parking orientation and was very rude.
